Warranty
Spa Revolutions® warrants to the original purchaser of the PerfectSense® Paraffin Heating Chamber that it is free from defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty is for a period of 90 days for all parts, subject to excessive wear and tear. Should any problems arise within the warranty period, the PerfectSense® Paraffin Heating Chamber should be returned to Spa Revolutions®. Prior to returning the PerfectSense® Paraffin Heating Chamber, Buyer must contact our Customer Service department to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returned Heating Chambers must be packed in original packaging to claim refund or exchange. Shipping damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Spa Revolutions® reserves the right to determine whether the unit should be repaired or replaced.
Factors not indicative of a defect in workmanship and material, misuse, negligence, or accident, shall void this warranty.
